The Faculty of Management Sciences

The Faculty of Management Sciences, a leading and popular faculty of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University with approximately 5,000 undergraduate students,  was established in 1984. The Faculty aims to produce graduates with proficiency in business management and communication arts to serve the business and professional organizations.  Curricula are offered through the following academic programs: General Management, Finance and Banking, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Computer, International Business, Logistic Management and Supply Chains, Communication Arts, Accounting, and Business Education. 

The faculty emphasizes on developing students to their utmost potential through the concept of Practitioner Graduate Education (PGE) to create desired attributes of graduates: “proficiency, knowledge, and think ability”, and also integrates global knowledge to reinforce local strength for the achievement of  both personal and societal goals.  Therefore, the programs and courses have been designed to be responsive to the changing needs of the labor market and are geared to provide employers with a pool of skilled graduates. Moreover, the Faculty also provides the research and continuing education courses through Research and Academic Services Center to make effective contribution to the up-skilling and re-training of employees through specifically designed and tailored courses.

Attain a body of knowledge that is fully developed from the field of studying by teaching and learning, searching, analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating together with the skills, understanding, experience, and information affecting on ethical and practical ability.

The Faculty of Management Sciences has 67 high quality faculty members and 9 support staffs who are both well-experienced and skillful in fields of knowledge to meet the students’ needs and rapid change of society.

 

Programs  Offered

The Faculty of Management Science provides 10 undergraduate programs and a master degree program as follows 

1. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in General Management: B.B.A. (General Management). The program aims to produce graduates with the knowledge, ability, business leadership, virtues, and professional ethics.  

2. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Finance and Banking: B.B.A. (Finance and Banking). The program aims to produce graduates with comprehensive and modern finance and banking, professionalization, virtues and ethics

 3. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Marketing: B.B.A. (Marketing).  The program aims to produce graduates with the knowledge, skills, and marketing professional ethics

 4. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Human Resource Management: B.B.A. (Human Resource Management). The program aims to produce graduates with the knowledge & skills in human resource management, integrity and professional ethics. 

5. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Business Computer: B.B.A. (Business Computer).  The program aims to produce graduates with creative and profound knowledge in digital business management, integrity, and ethics

6. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in International Business: B.B.A. (International Business). The program aims to produce graduates with knowledge and skills in international business, integrity, and professional ethics.

7. Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Logistic Management and Supply Chains: B.B.A. (Logistic Management and Supply Chains) The program aims to produce graduates with knowledge, skills and morals in logistic management and supply chains to serve local and global needs. 

8. Bachelor of Arts: B.A. (Communication Arts). The program has two majors; public Relations and broadcasting, and  aims to produce graduates with knowledge and virtues, social responsibility, and professional ethics

9. Bachelor of Accounting (B.Acc.)  The program aims to produce graduates with accounting knowledge, virtues, ethics, and leadership to strengthen rural and local community. The program is approved by the Federation of Accounting Profession to ensure the graduates with B.Acc. will meet  the professional qualification standards. 

10. Bachelor of Education Program in Business Education: B.Ed. (Business Education). The program aims to produce graduates with business education knowledge and capability, teaching & information technology skills, and commitment in the professional ethics for the teaching profession. The program is approved by the Teachers Council of Thailand to ensure that graduates with B.Ed. will meet teacher professional qualification standards. 

11. Master of Business Administration Program in General Management: M.B.A. (General Management). The program aims to enrich graduates with entrepreneurship, personal leadership development, technical & analytical thinking, contingency management, and business ethics.
